In order to keep shipping costs as low as possible for you, Standard (3-7 business days) shipping is FREE for all orders shipped to addresses in the lower 48 United States (not including Hawaii and Alaska). All orders being shipped to addresses in the United States are usually fulfilled within 24 hours and will ship the next business day. For example, an order placed on Monday morning will be fulfilled on Tuesday morning and will ship on Wednesday.
For all orders, the transit time begins the first full shipping day after the package leaves our facility. We do not guarantee shipping times.
Shipping times are determined by the shipping option you choose during checkout. We are not able to guarantee shipping times which are subject to delays by the 3rd party shipping service providers (USPS, UPS, FedEx etc.). The following shipping options are available:

* We cannot ship Two-Day or One-Day Shipping to PO Boxes. Orders with a PO Box as the shipping address will automatically be shipped using Standard Shipping.

Note to Canada and other international orders: If you choose to ship by USPS Priority Mail International or Express Mail International, a tracking number will be provided. A tracking number will NOT be provided if you choose to ship by First Class Mail. Delivery days are approximate and may vary. Please allow an 3 extra business days for international order processing.
Many countries charge import fees, dues, taxes or other charges if you order products from outside your country. We do NOT cover these fees. It is your responsibility to find out if you will be charged fees upon receiving your package. Contact your government, customs office or post office if you have questions about fees in your country. If you reject the package because you don't want to pay any fees, the shipping fee you originally paid is non-refundable and a 20% restocking fee will be charged.
Some credit cards issuers charge processing fees when customers place orders in/from different countries. It is your responsibility to find out if your credit card issuer will charge an international processing fee. The international processing fee is charged by the credit card issuer. We do not cover these fees.
We are not responsible for shipping charges when orders are returned due to undeliverable addresses. After the order is returned to us, a refund will be issued. All shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee will be deducted. Before placing an order please check to make sure you are using the correct address.
If your products are unused and in new condition, you may return your purchase within 30 days from the day you purchased to receive a 100% refund. To return an item: All returned orders must be pre-authorized by us. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and include your original order number, the product(s) you are returning, and your name. We will provide you with an RMA number and a return shipping address. All returns MUST be in brand new and resalable condition and MUST be returned in the original packaging with all the original material. Returned items that are not in their original packaging and/or deemed not resalable will be refused and returned at the customer's expense. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. There are NO restocking fees for returned items.
In the rare case that you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or we made an error processing your order please contact us right away. We will arrange for a pickup or refund you all return shipping charges after we receive the product back into our warehouse. All returned items must be pre-authorized and sent back in the original packaging with all the original material. After we verify the returned item(s) we will send a refund or replacement. A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all unauthorized returns.

We warranty each and every Solo Stove product to be free of defects in material and workmanship, and we will repair or replace with a new product, at our option, any Solo Stove product that is defective. Solo Stove does not warrant its products against normal wear or misuse. If your Solo Stove product was damaged due to misuse, our repair department can analyze the damage and may be able to repair it for a reasonable fee. If your Solo Stove product is unable to be repaired, we will extend a one-time courtesy offer, allowing you the option to purchase a new Solo Stove product for 50% off of our MSRP price listed on the website, excluding web specials.
