Alaska and Hawaii

Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii are estimated to arrive in 1-2 weeks. Fees are calculated at checkout.

International

International orders are estimated to arrive in 1-3 weeks. Fees are calculated at checkout.

PO Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses

Deliveries to PO Boxes are estimated to arrive in 3-5 busines days. Deliveries to APO/FPO addresses are estimated to arrive in 1-3 weeks. Fees are calculated at checkout.

Please note: Yukon orders cannot be shipped to PO Boxes or to APO/FPO addresses due to weight and dimension restrictions.

 

FREE Shipping

We offer free standard shipping and returns on all orders in the United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii). If you would like expedited shipping, we have 2-Day and Next Day shipping options available at additional rates.

Orders placed before 12 pm CST will be processed the same business day. Please note that this does not include weekends, holidays, or dealer purchases.

If you order after 12 pm CST on a Friday, your order will be shipped out on the following Monday.

International orders may take up to 2 days to process before shipping.

 

FREE Returns

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase for any reason, just contact us and we’ll be happy to provide a FREE pre-paid return label for any order shipped within the contiguous United States (lower 48 states). Return your order to us within 30 days of when the order was shipped, and we’ll process a full refund back to the original payment method.

Customers from outside the contiguous United States are not eligible for return.

After 30 days, if the product has not been burned or used, we will be able to offer store credit only. Customers will be responsible for shipping costs for returns made past 30 days.

 

International Shipping

International shipping is currently available worldwide

On the home screen in the bottom left-hand corner, choose the appropriate country flag to shop in your currency. When you are ready to check out, you will be directed to a separate international checkout page where all international shipping costs, including import duties and taxes, will be calculated upfront.

Upon completing your order, your credit card will be charged for the entire purchase and your product(s) will be shipped to your international address.

Please note that international orders can take up to 2 days to process before they are shipped out. Delivery times vary per region. Please review delivery time during check out.

Additionally, we partner with great retailers worldwide who carry Solo Stove in their stores and ship within their country. Locate the nearest dealer.

 

Shipping to a U.S Military Address

We are happy to ship to any APO or FPO address! At checkout, follow these steps:

  1. Fill in the APO Address using the PSC and Number in ‘Address Line 1’
  2. Fill in the Box Number (BOX#) in ‘Address Line 2.’
  3. Select your region from one of the following in the ‘State’ drop down menu: Armed Forces Africa, Armed Forces Americas, Armed Forces Canada, Armed Forces Europe, Armed Forces Middle East, or Armed Forces Pacific
  4. Select “United States” in the country field at checkout.

Please note that APO/FPO orders can take up to 2 days to process before they are shipped out. 

International duty and shipping costs may apply. We also partner with great retailers worldwide who carry Solo Stove in their stores and ship within their country. Locate the nearest dealer.

 

Lifetime Warranty

We warranty each and every Solo Stove product to be free of manufacturing defects, and we will replace with a new product, at our option, any Solo Stove product that is deemed defective. Solo Stove does not warranty its products against normal wear or misuse. If your Solo Stove product was damaged due to misuse, our customer service team can analyze the damage and may be able to suggest options for the customer to remedy. If your Solo Stove product is unable to be repaired after misuse, we will extend a one-time courtesy offer, allowing you the option to purchase a new Solo Stove product for 50% off of our MSRP price listed on the website, excluding web specials. Warranty claims are not applicable for countries outside the U.S. and Canada. All international orders are final.
