Shipping & Returns

Solo Stove customers enjoy FREE Shipping and FREE Returns in the United States EXCLUDING ALASKA AND HAWAII.


FREE Shipping

FREE Shipping (Ground) is FREE for all orders in the contiguous United States (lower 48 states). The estimated shipping time for FREE Shipping (UPS or FedEx Ground) is 3-5 business days (not including weekends/holidays). We do not offer free shipping to PO Boxes as we ship all FREE Shipping orders by UPS and FedEx. 

Shipping to a PO Box requires additional handling by USPS and is subject to an additional charge.


FREE Returns

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase for any reason, just contact us and we’ll be happy to provide a FREE pre-paid return label for any order shipped within the contiguous United States (lower 48 states). Return your order to us within 30 days and we’ll process a full refund back to the original payment method.

Customers from outside the contiguous United States are not eligible for return.

If it is past 30 days and the product has not been burned or used, we will only be able to offer store credit. Customers will be responsible for shipping cost for orders past 30 days. 

Lifetime Warranty

We warranty each and every Solo Stove product to be free of manufacturing defects, and we will replace with a new product, at our option, any Solo Stove product that is deemed defective. Solo Stove does not warranty its products against normal wear or misuse. If your Solo Stove product was damaged due to misuse, our customer service team can analyze the damage and may be able to suggest options for the customer to remedy. If your Solo Stove product is unable to be repaired after misuse, we will extend a one-time courtesy offer, allowing you the option to purchase a new Solo Stove product for 50% off of our MSRP price listed on the website, excluding web specials. Warranty claims are not applicable for countries outside the U.S. and Canada. All international orders are final.

Shipping Services/Timeframes

All orders being shipped to addresses in the United States are usually fulfilled within the same day if placed before 12:00pm CST. During peak seasons, order fulfillment may require additional time. 

Shipping times are determined by the shipping option you choose during checkout. We are not able to guarantee shipping times which are subject to delays by the 3rd party shipping service providers (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL etc.). The following shipping options are available:

United States (lower 48 states)

  • FREE Shipping (Ground): 3-5 business days
  • USPS Priority: 1-3 business days 
  • UPS 2-Day: 2 business days
  • UPS 1-Day: 1 business day

Alaska/Hawaii/All other US territories

  • UPS Surepost: 5-10 business days*
  • USPS Priority: 1-3 business days 
  • UPS 2-Day: 2 business days
  • UPS 1-Day: 1 business day

*Not Available on Fire Pits


  • FedEx International Ground Service: approx. 3-6 days
  • For Rural Destinations: USPS Priority Mail International: approx. 6-10 business days

All other countries

  • USPS First Class Mail International Service: approx. 10-30 business days; no tracking number provided
  • USPS Priority Mail International: approx. 6-10 business days

If you choose to ship by USPS Priority Mail International a tracking number will be provided. A tracking number will NOT be provided if you choose to ship by First Class Mail. Delivery days are approximate and may vary. Please allow an 3 extra business days for international order processing.


International Fees

Many countries charge import fees, dues, taxes or other charges if you order products from outside your country. We do not cover these fees. It is your responsibility to find out if you will be charged fees upon receiving your package. Contact your government, customs office or post office if you have questions about fees in your country. 

Some credit cards issuers charge processing fees when customers place orders in/from different countries. It is your responsibility to find out if your credit card issuer will charge an international processing fee. The international processing fee is charged by the credit card issuer. We do not cover these fees.
