5-Year Limited Warranty Coverage
Solo Brands, LLC (“Solo” or “we,” “us,” or “our”) warrants the Solo Griddle (“Product”) to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of five (5) years (the “Warranty Period”) from the date of original retail purchase. The Warranty Period is not extended if we repair or replace the Product. We may change the availability of this limited warranty at our discretion, but any changes will not be retroactive. The Warranty Period, coverage, and exclusions for the product are outlined below:

THIS LIMITED WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS, WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE.
WE WARRANT THAT DURING THE WARRANTY PERIOD, THE PRODUCT WILL BE FREE FROM DEFECTS IN MATERIALS AND WORKMANSHIP, SUBJECT TO THE CONDITIONS HEREIN.
WE LIMIT THE DURATION AND REMEDIES OF ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE TO THE DURATION OF THIS EXPRESS LIMITED WARRANTY.
SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
OUR RESPONSIBILITY FOR DEFECTIVE GOODS IS LIMITED TO REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT AS DESCRIBED BELOW IN THIS WARRANTY STATEMENT.
This limited warranty is exclusive, and there are no warranties beyond what is stated here. If the Product proves defective under this limited warranty, Solo will, at its discretion, either repair or replace the Product free of charge. This limited warranty is valid only for the consumer who originally purchased the product (“you”) and does not extend to any subsequent owner or other transferee of the Product. The Product must be purchased directly from Solo or an authorized dealer.
Dealers, service centers, or retail stores may not alter the terms and conditions of this limited warranty.
This warranty covers any manufacturing defects in the stainless-steel-clad cooking surface, grill grates, Griddle body, frame, legs, fabric covers, and burner components (including the ignition system). However, normal wear and tear, surface discoloration, warping, and cosmetic changes are not covered. The warranty also does not apply to rust unless it compromises the structural integrity of the Griddle.
This limited warranty does not cover any damage due to: (a) transportation; (b) storage; (c) improper use; (d) failure to follow the Product instructions or to perform any preventive maintenance; (e) modifications; (f) unauthorized repair; (g) neglect; or (h) external causes such as accidents, abuse, or other actions or events beyond our reasonable control.
Warranty Claim Process
If the Product fails due to defects in material or workmanship and falls within the guidelines of the Warranty Policy during the Warranty Period, do not return the Product to the retailer from which you purchased it. Fill out the warranty claim form at solostove.com/en-us/warranty-claims with your proof of purchase and details of the issue, so that we can quickly get you back out there with your Solo product.
If a defect is confirmed in the Warranty Period, Solo will, in its sole discretion:
Repair or replace the Product (or the defective part) or
Issue a refund per applicable laws
We will also pay for shipping and handling fees to return the repaired or replacement Product to you

THE REMEDIES DESCRIBED ABOVE ARE YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDIES AND OUR ENTIRE LIABILITY FOR ANY BREACH OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY.
OUR LIABILITY SHALL UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES EXCEED THE ACTUAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE DEFECTIVE PRODUCT, NOR SHALL WE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES OR LOSSES, WHETHER DIRECT OR INDIRECT.
