Shipping, Returns, and Warranty
Shipping:
Free Standard Shipping
Orders of $199 or more qualify for free standard shipping within the contiguous U.S. Excludes: PO Boxes, Alaska, and Hawaii. For any orders with 12/25 holiday delivery window Solo Stove is not responsible for shipping failures or delays due to circumstances outside of our control. Backordered products are not eligible for guaranteed delivery windows.
Expedited Options
2-Day and Next Day shipping available at additional cost. Expedited deliveries do not arrive on weekends or holidays.
Processing & Tracking
In-stock items ship within 2 business days. Orders placed on Friday or Saturday ship the following business day. Tracking may take 1–3 days to become available. Carriers may experience delays during peak times.
Custom Orders
Please allow an extra 1–2 weeks for customization (e.g., etched text, collegiate logos). Any complications on customizations will be communicated to the consumer.
Delivery Estimates
Contiguous U.S.: 2–4 business days
Alaska & Hawaii: 1–2 weeks (shipping fees calculated at checkout)
International: Only available to the U.S., Canada, Europe, and Australia.

Restrictions
No shipping to PO Boxes. No shipping to APO/FPO/DPO addresses. We thank our service members for their sacrifice and support. If your paid expedited order or other shipment is significantly delayed, please contact our Community Support team at (833) 456-8958.
Holiday Return Policy:
For any order placed from November 1st, please return your order to us by January 15th and we’ll process a full refund back to the original payment method, minus a 15% restocking fee, per item. Refund processed in 10–14 business days after inspection. If it is past January 15th and the product has not been burned or used, we will only be able to offer store credit. Customers will be responsible for shipping cost for orders past January 15th.
Returns:
We accept returns only on items purchased directly from solostove.com or by phone with our customer service team.
Conditions
Must be unused, unassembled, and in original packaging. Must include a copy of your receipt. Returns can be processed via our Self-Service Return Portal.
Return Windows. Within 30 days: Refund to original payment method, minus a 15% restocking fee, per item. Refund processed in 10–14 business days after inspection. 31–90 days: Eligible for store credit only, subject to the same 15% restocking fee.
Exclusions
Premium shipping fees (2-Day or Next Day) are non-refundable. Free gifts must be returned, or the retail value will be deducted from the refund. Returns not accepted from third-party retailers. Final Sale: Consumables (wood, pellets, fire starters, gels, color packs, dough), international orders, and orders shipped outside the contiguous U.S. are not eligible for return (unless required by law).
15-Day Risk-Free Guarantee:
The 15-Day Risk-Free Period applies to select new Solo Stove products and related bundles purchased directly through SoloStove.com. Products purchased through third-party retailers, marketplaces, or resellers are not eligible.
Conditions
Once your product is delivered, you have 15 days to decide if it's right for you.
If you decide to return it, call our Customer Experience team within 15 days of delivery. They will provide you with a return label, and the product must be shipped back within 20 days of your original delivery date.
Returns started after the 15-day window, or shipped after the 20-day ship-back window, will not be eligible for this program.

If you purchased Route Insurance, please file a claim with Route.
If you did not purchase Route Insurance, submit our damage claim form.
Claims are only valid for items purchased directly from solostove.com. Damage to products purchased through third-party retailers is not covered.
Warranty:
We proudly offer an Industry-Leading Warranty on all genuine Solo Stove products.
Coverage
Products are warranted against manufacturing defects. If defective, Solo Stove will replace the product or issue store credit (at our discretion).
Exclusions
Normal wear and misuse are not covered.
Courtesy Offer
If damage is due to misuse and cannot be repaired, we offer a one-time replacement discount: Purchase the same model for 50% off MSRP (excludes web specials).
Geographic Limits
Warranty is valid in the U.S., Canada, EU and AU. All international orders are final sale.
