Dear Solo Stove Community,

I want to thank all of our customers for inviting us into your backyards, tailgates, and campgrounds. We’re grateful and honored to be able to continue helping you create moments that make you smile. Moments when you’re able to reconnect with people and places you love the most.


Our customer focus remains our top priority. As we grow, we know some things will change, but our commitment to our customers will continue to be our North Star. I’m grateful for the grace many of you give us when we fall short! This year, we invested in growing our customer service staff and improving our systems to speed up our response times and deliver a better experience. While we saw improvements over 2021, we're still working to ensure customers can reach us quickly during our busiest times of the year. In 2023, you will see meaningful improvement in response times for both phone and email.

You’ve seen many new Solo Stove products in 2022. We’re excited about all the innovations this year: Heat Deflector, Pi, Fire Pit 2.0, Mesa, new Colors, Surround, Patio Heater, and Pi Fire. 2022 was one for the books; we think you’ll enjoy the innovation in 2023 just as much. We’ll continue to make meaningful investments into products that enrich your life and allow you to create more Good Moments outdoors.

Direct customer communication is an essential component for us in the development of new products. Your feedback gives us insight into the products you’d like to see and helps us refine the products we release. That’s why, to get you even more involved in product development, we recently revamped our Product Tester Program. We can’t wait to work with you on this!

Many of our customers asked for radiant warmth around the fire. In 2022, we were excited to launch Heat Deflector.

Lastly, I want you to know how much we love hearing from you. Our customers are the absolute best at sharing stories and feedback with us. Your stories inspire us and your feedback makes us better.
