I think its a great pot. I like how the handle on the lid locks up to prevent it from getting to hot. I like everything about it.

  • Perfect Companion

The Solo 900 pot is the perfect companion pot for the Solo Stove and much more. It has now become the only pot I carry. Perfect for boiling up some water and cooking up grub.
Size is right, weight is suitable, even for you light weight guys, and the construction is off the chart.
I will have a video review coming up.
Love this pot! 2 thumbs up, 5 stars, AAA+!

  • Nice pot

    Posted by tyler

I was expecting a much heavier pot since it made from stainless steel, so I was pleasantly surprised at how light it is.

It has enough capacity for me to make myself a meal, which is no small feat.

It's largeenough to bake a small loaf of bread, bannock or a large muffin.

The construction is well executed, the lid fits very snug.

The only thing I would change is to remove the rubber coating on the tab of the lid and add a bail to be used with pot hooks over a fire.

Just when you thought my solo stove couldn't be improved on I bought the matching pot. It is the perfect pot for the perfect stove.

  • Perfect accessory for the perfect stove.

When I ordered my second (& third) solo stove I had to get the pot to go with it (again) as well. It nestles in perfectly. You can't do better than this.

  • Coffee and pasta for lunch

The stove worked well for a well planned meal. One of the keys to success was appropriate size sticks for fuel and a little fire starter made everything a great deal easier to getting the fire started in a quick and easy fashion.

  • great pot!

After deciding on the solos stove it seemed the perfect fit to add the pot and it is! The nesting of the stove in the pot is the first thing that is great about this pot, making packing easy and sensible. The pot is strong and light and easy to pour from because of the nice added spout, just enough to avoid spilling. It is also easy to drink from as well. All this makes it the perfect lightweight backpacking pot and stove combination.

  • Perfect Pot for the Solo Stove

    Posted by Matt Molnar

This is a well designed pot made out of the right materials (stainless steel) for the Solo Stove. The stove and bag slide into the Solo Pot 900 perfectly without rattling around. The pot handles seem quite durable and the lid has a "just right" fit. A nice touch on the lid's lifting ring is a thoughtful slot that the ring can slide into to prevent it from falling flat and getting too hot. Nice touch. Highly recommended.

  • Well-engineered pot

    Posted by Jean Swann

I bought this pot to go with my new Solo Stove because it is engineered specifically for the stove. I really appreciate the stamped volume markings inside the pot. I was amazed that the handle wasn't hot to the touch when I needed to retrieve the pot from the stove, once the water was boiling. The lid fits very well, too, and is easy to seat or to remove. I am very happy with the purchase.
